- Demonstrated business development/sales experience within the serviced office, co-working, or commercial real estate sector
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results
- Strong financial acumen and experience in managing P&L budgets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster lasting client relationships
- Adept at multitasking and prioritising in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role
- Drivers license as this role will involve travel across Brisbane to multiple centres.
