We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Area Manager who can take ownership of their portfolio. You will be the go-to person for your area and drive a positive culture within your territory.

What you'll do
Reporting to the State Operations Manager, the Area Manager will be a trusted coach and consultant for our franchise network in regional NSW with a large focus on guiding and supporting our franchise partners.
Some of your key responsibilities are:
- Drive the operational compliance and growth of our restaurants.
- Assist with the growth of our customer base, restaurant sales and profitability
- Manage new restaurant openings in your area
- Proactive leadership, training, coaching and development of our Franchise Partners and their teams
- Continually review, monitor and improve operations of our restaurants, ensuring consistency and customer-first culture.
- Build network capabilities by ensuring restaurants are set up for success. Through reporting and analyses of operations, continual training and implementing processes and procedures in line with Zambrero standards.
- Cultivate and build relationships with the network to ensure an ongoing culture of transparency and cohesiveness is observed.

About you
- At least 2 years experience in the same or a similar role.
- Multi-site management experience in QSR or hospitality is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to different situations and styles.
- Able to build credible relationships at all levels.
- Commercially aware, calm under pressure and objective.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all activities.
- Share our humanitarian values and be passionate about making a difference in the world
- Regional travel will be a required part of this role
