Area Sales Manager

Veolia has a fantastic opportunity for an Area Sales Manager to join our team based at our Spreyton facility (7310). • Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our account base across the north west Tasmanian region
• Developing new business growth by proactively seeking opportunities and new customers in your region
  

• Working with our existing portfolio of clients in the north west Tasmanian region to further understand their businesses so that you can retain and grow Veolia's revenue and market share
• Working within a defined territory to develop and win new clients to add to your account portfolio
• A willingness to engage with the business and community sectors to promote the Veolia brand
• Working with your sales team and operations staff to understand exactly what you can offer and what solutions you may be able to present as options.
  

• Proven experience within a previous B2B sales and/or account management role
• Experience in developing new business
• A track record for maintaining and developing relationships with high level stakeholders
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in order to resolve issues, make decisions and engage with clients, major stakeholders and the community.
• Experience in CRM maintenance such as Salesforce is desirable
• Fully maintained and reliable vehicle with valid drivers licence
