Overview George Weston Foods (NZ) Baking has been locally baking pies for over 50 years now, which means generations of Kiwis have grown up eating our deliciously golden-brown pies and sausage rolls. In the wake of recent market changes the pie & savory portfolio has moved into a phase of rapid growth which is why we’re looking for a courageous Brand Manager to join our team and take the lead on driving the premium pie portfolio which includes Dad’s Pies and The Baker’s Son brands. Some of your responsibilities will include: Setting and delivering the strategic direction for the premium pie portfolio including, setting brand plans, optimising brand positioning and full product management Define the innovation agenda and manage its projects end to end Manage all brand communication, delivering creative that delights kiwi pie consumers and drives sales and brand equity growth A native collaborator you’ll work closely with other functions (sales, category, shopper, R&D,…
