The Area Sales Manager is based out in the field and you will be responsible for managing multiple customer groups in driving sales, targets and achieving individual and team goals to deliver profitable outcomes for Snack Brands Australia.
The region for this role is Central/South East Melbourne
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Building, developing, and maintaining key customer relationships
- Driving Sales through commitment to different customers and accounts
- Plan and manage execution of marketing initiatives throughout the region, working closely with wholesaler operations and wider sales team
- Building distribution of Snack Brands Australia products and maximising promotions by selling and representing our products
- Ensure core range/ planogram is available in key retailers
- Execute promotional programs
- Manage product ranges and the journey plans ongoing in key retailers
- Manage key customers to deliver profitable outcomes
- Keep abreast of accounts and trade spend management
- Working towards individual and team KPI’s and compliance
- Auditing and ensuring our products are meeting all standards
- Bringing your own flair to the team ensuring processes are met
What you’ll bring to the role?
- Ideally proven relevant experience
- Ideally experience in Sales within FMCG
- Hunger and willingness to strive for success in sales
