An entry requirement for employment with the Australian Defence Force (ADF) is that you must be an Australian citizen. Your role: During your role as an Armoured Vehicle crew driver you will employ night fighting equipment, communication systems, navigate terrain during the day and night, apply basic field craft, maintain personnel fitness and participate in dismounted operations. The majority of these positions are located in North QLD, QLD, VIC and the NT.
Salary: In the Army you'll get paid a competitive salary from day one regardless of your age, experience or qualifications. Upon commencing training, your starting salary will be approximately $54,815 per annum plus 16.4% superannuation and your pay will increase as you progress through training. On completion of your initial military training and initial employment training, you could earn $77,451 per annum plus generous super.
