A conference all about Ocular Imaging. Book early as places are limited.
The conference will comprise of three one-hour masterclasses run twice concurrently on 8 May in and around two sessions of presentations ‘Imaging in disease’ and ‘Imaging in practice’.
Topics being covered are retinal disease, glaucoma, paediatrics, artificial intelligence, myopia, telemedicine and more.
The three masterclasses are:
HEIDELBERG ENGINEERING – Anterion
An interactive discussion starting with looking at what the normal ranges are for various biometry related data to help us identify when we might need to double check a measurement and moving on to understanding why the Anterion can help not only improve results on difficult eyes but also help understand what has caused any refractive surprises. Finally, in keeping with the imaging theme, looking at some of the incredible pathology that has been captured by various Heidelberg staff globally.
OPTOS – Wide-field Photography
Optos will lead an informative masterclass on the significance of comprehensive peripheral Ocular Imaging in maintaining optimal eye health.
This masterclass aims to raise awareness about the cutting- edge optomap technology and advancements that enable early detection and treatment of various ocular conditions.
ZEISS – OCT and OCT-A
Join this workshop focused on interpreting imaging results from the CIRRUS 6000 OCT device. Discover the intricacies of OCT and OCT-A scans and enhance your ability to analyse these images with confidence. By learning to identify common pathologies and understand the significance of various imaging features, this session will equip you with the skills to interpret OCT results accurately and make informed clinical diagnoses
