The Role
The Senior Manager Coalition Services Integration (SM CSI) is responsible for the integration of coalition systems and services that assure secure information sharing interoperability with allied and coalition partners, in response to Defence strategic guidance and priorities.
The role includes national requirements capture and interoperability program development informed by key Defence international relationships, continuous service improvement for existing coalition service offerings and integration of transformational programs responding to change in a dynamic international coalition service environment.
The SM CSI will manage a team of Subject Matter Experts that will perform national requirements capture and integration of future enabling coalition programs and plans. The SM CSI role includes representation at allied and coalition partner forums that develop and manage agreed secure information sharing capability programs.
You will be responsible for coalition service advice and assistance to DMRI, DGJ6OS, Strategic J6 and Defence.
About our Team
Directorate of Multinational Relations and Interoperability (DMRI) manages international engagement and relationships with allies and other military partners in order to develop and influence policies, standards and information sharing capability interoperability outcomes aligned with Government and Defence priorities.
The Directorate supports Defence international engagement and Cyber Operations Division (COD) senior leadership governance activities through coordination and participation in Senior Executive board meetings, and implementations of direction through Command, Control, Communications and Computing (C4) working groups at senior staff and subject matter expert levels. An enduring theme is the strengthening of governance, coordination and advice concerning secure information sharing policies, standards and capabilities.
DMRI supports the achievement of multinational C4 interoperability outcomes through international engagement with key allies and partners to deliver ICT outcomes that support Government and Defence guidance and priorities. This engagement is undertaken in bilateral and multilateral C4 forums that support COD commitments and obligations to Defence.

You will have the ability to manage dynamic, and at times, competing work priorities in close collaboration with national and international business partners to achieve ACI program outcomes.
