Full time Head Baker

We are looking for someone with extensive Bread Baking Experience, good communication skills and a love of all things Sourdough.

Role responsibilities include

• Managing a team of diverse talent
• Problem solving and overcoming challenges
• Confidence in leading sourdough production
• Menu development opportunities
• Ordering, rostering and system organisation
• Managing high food safety standards

 To be successful in this role we require the following

• Minimum 1 year experience in artisan bread production
• Strong communication skills and confidence in problem solving 
• Passion for dough and desire to lead
• Attention to detail
• Not afraid of early mornings
