An exciting
long term opportunity up to two years exists for an experienced
Lead Human Resource Business Partner to join our strategic,
contemporary and outcome focused team.
This
opportunity will suit someone who is driven and passionate about
delivering specialist Human Resources related advice and expertise
to the SA Housing Authority.
About
the Role
The Lead
Human Resource Business Partner is accountable to the Manager,
Human Resources and Strategy and is responsible for the provision
of specialist Human Resource related advice and expertise to the SA
Housing Authority. The role is responsible for delivering an expert
internal advisory role for senior leaders across a range of
Divisions within the Authority on all employee and industrial
relations matters, including managing disciplinary processes
arising from investigations into allegations of
misconduct.
The role is
also responsible for planning, coordinating and managing a range of
change management projects including building good relations with
applicable unions.
The role will
contribute to the development and improvement of systems to
facilitate best practice processes that underpin the
Authority’s HR policies and procedures and will lead and
develop HR Business Partners to deliver a consistent suite of HR
services across the Authority.

Conditions
Successful applicant
will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police
Clearance prior to being employed.
Remuneration$106,512
– $115,137 (ASO7)
