We now have an opportunity for an experienced, people focused Senior Business Partner to join our People & Culture team.
About the role
Working collaboratively, you have ability to act as a genuine Business Partner to enhance our employee experience whilst coaching our people leaders on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
In doing right by our people, you will be solutions driven and manage all matters in a proactive, empathetic and positive way.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering and building effective relationships with leaders whilst working collaboratively and proactively to identify and manage any risks and opportunities
- Providing effective and practical coaching and advice to people leaders on people related matters.
- Providing support to people leaders and employees during performance conversations.
- Working with the team to deliver operational excellence through our initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
About you
You will be an experienced professional with a high level of personal impact and the ability to act as a genuine partner to enhance our employee experience whilst coaching our people leaders on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
As an experienced human resource Business Partner with a minimum of five years’ generalist experience, you will enjoy leveraging your contemporary hr capability. With a strong consultative, proactive and customer-centric approach in working with a diverse range of people, you have the ability to establish strong working relationships demonstrating influence with key stakeholders.
With exceptional problem solving and adaptability skills, you will be able to move between tasks to deliver quality outcomes and possess strong organisational and time management skills.
You will also need strong experience in coaching and developing a leaders whilst balancing competing priorities and setting high standards of performance.
You are self-motivated and adaptable with a ‘hands on’ pragmatic approach and comfortable leading through change and ambiguity in a complex environment.
You will also need ability to work independently whist also working with the team.

You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of submitting your application and hold a satisfactory (within 12 months) National Police Clearance.
