RailCube targets Railway companies seeking reliable operations management and the highest safety standards. The goal is to enhance operations by continuing to develop intuitive and innovative features, resulting in more efficient and improved business processes for clients.
Hosted in Microsoft Enterprise Cloud (Azure) the RailCube solution fosters scalable technology that streamlines business processes.
Due to winning new client mandates across Europe and other continents such as Australia, CRX Software is looking to grow the team to help manage the growth.
About the Role:
As a Senior Business Consultant, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the client's businesses. This position is pivotal, demanding a fusion of analytical acumen and innovative problem-solving to devise comprehensive solutions that drive growth and optimise performance across various departments and functions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Lead the implementation of Railcube across different business units, collaborating with clients to define implementation scope and requirements.
Together with the client you will define the implementation scope
Support the client with identifying specific interfaces required together with other business requirements necessary for Go-Live and future phases
Facilitate workshops/meetings/calls to discuss the scope, status and other necessary (possibly technical) elements connected with the implementation.
Provide train-the-trainer sessions such that the client possesses the right knowledge and information of the RailCube suite
Assist with configuring the specific RailCube client environment including user accounts, import historic and master data
After Go live, you remain in close contact with the client to anticipate their needs and problems and help clients find the ways to get the highest ROI out of the product.
You support clients with requirements clarification and prioritization
You remain in close contact with the developers to guard the timelines (in time, in full, in budget)
You have a deep understanding of the clients’ industry, issues and goals
Educate the client on a SaaS based offering (shared feature developments, one roadmap)
You feel comfortable in a scale up environment: you are flexible to help out where needed outside your role
You take care and optimize the (commercial) result and function as an ambassador for your client in the organization
Your goal is to increase the usage of RailCube(‘s functionality), bind customers for the long term and generate more revenue.
You are interested in taking part in the further build out of the Australian team/office creation
About You:
A minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in business analysis
An intrinsic passion for learning and self-development
Can work independently but recognizes when to escalate / involve others
Good communication skills and competence with written and verbal English
Experience in solving problems and tasks of different complexity
Analytical, independent and structured
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Organisation Management
You have a deep understanding of the clients’ industry, issues, and goals
You feel comfortable in a scale up environment: you are flexible to help out where needed outside your role
You take care and optimise the (commercial) result and function as an ambassador for your client in the organisation
You are interested in taking part in the further build out of the Australian team/office creation
Nice to have:
Project management / PMO certifications
Any experience in the rail industry
Experience at International level would be a plus
More information:
Role: permanent full-time
Location: Sydney, Australia
Working arrangement: hybrid of 3 office days at North Sydney or Wynyard and 2 days per week WFH
Start date: ASAP
Salary: $100K to $120K base + super
Travels might be necessary to Melbourne, Perth and a set of other cities for deployment
