A bit about you You are an engaging and empathic Outreach Worker with over 3 years’ experience. You hold an tertiary qualifications in relevant social work, community services, or another relevant qualification. You have experience working with people experiencing homelessness and marginalised populations experiencing psychiatric, medical and substance use conditions within a harm reduction model of care. You have a strong commitment to Social Model of health and trauma informed care principles. You love the thought of undertaking Assertive Outreach work with some of Melbourne’s most vulnerable people.
