About your new role
This role is an Assessing Support Officer working in the Moorebank office. This role will be a 3 month contract to go permanent after.
- Responsible for admin tasks and activities related to all components of the claims activity
- Work closely with on-site assessors for claims
- Follow up and update customers on their claims
- Facilitate any rebooking activities and assessment needs
- Manage all aspects of repairer services throughout the fulfilment process
- Admin ad hoc duties
- Strong administrative skills
- Previous experience working in claims would be ideal
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work rotating roster 7 am-3 pm, 7:30 am-3:30 pm and 8 am-4 pm
- $35 an hour
- 3 month contract to go permanent after $69-71K package
