Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate graduate to join our dynamic team. This role is a unique opportunity for an individual with a science or environmental background to contribute to meaningful projects aimed at enhancing environmental sustainability and promoting recycling education. As part of our team, you will support project activities, assist in Office Administration, contribute to the development of AI associated with Recycle Mate, handle community recycling inquiries, and coordinate social media efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Project Team:
- Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project milestones.
Office Administration:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and filing.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
- Provide administrative support to project managers and team members as needed.
AI Development for Recycle Mate:
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of AI technologies associated with Recycle Mate.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and model training for AI algorithms.
Community Recycling Inquiries:
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from the community regarding recycling practices and programs.
- Provide accurate information and guidance to promote recycling best practices.
Social Media Coordination:
- Work with the team to develop and execute social media content plans to engage with stakeholders and promote recycling awareness.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and foster community engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Environmental Management, or related field.
- Strong passion for environmental sustainability and recycling initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Prior experience in Office Administration, AI development, or social media coordination is advantageous but not required.
