The City of Launceston, an award winning Employer of Choice, is currently seeking to fill the following position:
Position Title: Asset Data Officer
Position Number: POS1251
This permanent, full-time position collects, documents, validates and manages Asset Data, ensuring that the data is synchronised across the required Asset Data systems.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates, through behaviour, an alignment and an understanding of our values and has the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Working knowledge of ArcGIS software, editing data in ArcMap and other related software
- Strong knowledge of asset management relevant to infrastructure
- High level of attention to details, with the ability to analyse and interpret data
- Demonstrated ability to undertake effective field data collection and data collection activities
