Asset Data Officer - Full Time Position

Council’s Facilities & Assets Branch is recruiting for the position of Asset Data Officer – R2441.
Position Objectives The officer will be responsible for:
Supporting various Strategic Asset Systems activities, including data capture, maintenance of the Asset Management Data System, information collation and presentation with a responsibility for data accuracy.
Having a strong customer focus and be able to work as part of a team.
Qualifications and Experience
Ideally the successful applicant will have the following:
Tertiary qualifications in Asset Management, Data Analysis, Engineering, Science, or related fields; or a lesser qualification with relevant work experience.
Demonstrated experience in data management and analysis.
A working knowledge of Asset Management preferably in a Local Government environment.
A current driver’s license.
Hold a current satisfactory Police Check or willing to obtain one prior to employment.
Salary and Conditions The position is classified within Band 5 of Council’s Current Enterprise Agreement ranging from $75,461 to $86,603 per annum plus statutory superannuation.
