The Role & The Team
As the Asset DeliveryTeam Lead, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team to enable the renewal and upgrade of assets that support ATM (Air Traffic Management) operations. Key responsibilities of this role include, but is not limited to:
- Providing leadership and management of technically diverse teams that deliver safe, efficient and effective maintenance services.
- Coordinating with Maintenance Services Engineering & the Partner Services Manager to deliver renewal and upgrades of assets through internal and external suppliers.
- Providing reporting on progress of sustainment activities for the MS team.
- Monitoring and reporting on the condition of CNSI assets to inform maintenance and lifecycle of assets.

The Person
The successful applicant will have:
- Experience in successfully leading and delivering strategic change and improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in the effective implementation of asset maintenance, logistics and supply chain systems.
- Experience of successfully implementing managed services contracts.
- Strong leadership, influencing, stakeholder management and communications skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive, deliver and sustain large scale transformation.
- A valid Australian Drivers Licence.
