Job Title State Director, Asset Services W.AJob Description Summary C&W are currently looking to appoint a new State Director to lead our Asset Management team in Perth.Job DescriptionThe C&W Asset Services business are currently looking for an experienced property professional to join us and drive the growth of our asset management service offering throughout Western Australia.About the roleThis role will lead the Western Australia Asset Services team and will and support the national Asset Services business as a key member of the national leadership team. The portfolio managed will primarily consist of assets in Western Australia.Responsibilities will include:
- Lead and mentor a team of 6, comprising property managers and Facility Managers
- Hands on management of 1 or potentially 2 commercial assets
- Drive new business development initiatives, identifying and pursue new management opportunities
- Drive a whole-of-business approach to drive cross-sell across the broader C&W service lines
- Prior experience working in a commercial real estate service provider/agency
- Degree in Property Management or a related discipline
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
