Ventia service the Asset Maintenance Services Contract for the Department of Justice which looks after a diverse and complex property portfolio that consists of over 24 properties valued at over $2.7 Billion, ranging from Maximum – Minimum security correctional facilities; Post Sentence Facilities, Youth Justice, SESG training centres, and community fire refuge centres.
We are currently seeking an Asset Planner to deliver management plans for all new assets identified and acquired into the AMSC. This includes the development of asset and maintenance data per Asset Management System requirements.
We are offering a permanent full time role with flexible working conditions, options to Work from home & attend office days only as required OR be based at our Cremorne, VIC or Grovedale VIC office locations. As such we are open to applications to those who live in the Melbourne CBD & Geelong areas.
Duties:
- Develop asset data and maintenance/ management plans for the use in procurement of services and in extending the AMSC scope with The Department.
- Ensure all asset data is loaded into SAP per requirements of the Asset Management System and the scope of the AMSC.
- Ensure all maintenance plans are loaded into SAP per requirements of the Asset Management System and scope of the AMSC
- Work in with the Transformation Team and Project Managers in developing management plans and scoping services
- Work in with the Commercial and Finance Team in ensuring all new maintenance plans and adjustments to existing plans meet business process requirements.
- Assist in data alignment between SAP (asset and maintenance management system) and CAMS (lifecycle forecasting tool).
- Support the AMSC Transformation and Project team with the identification of lifecycle renewal and replacement opportunities.
About You
- Hold Tertiary qualifications in facilities management, maintenance planning, or engineering.
- Understanding of Facilities Management and key compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience with Asset Management Systems aligned to ISO 55001.
- Ability to clearly communicate essential and statutory maintenance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to drive asset data identification and setup from the initial scoping of requirements, identification of required data inputs, implementation of maintenance plans, and documenting reporting constraints and limitations.
