We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to support maintenance planning and asset management across West Gippsland Healthcare Group (WGHG) sites.
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for maintaining compliance and asset data through effective management of the electronic Maintenance Management System, overseeing maintenance and asset planning across all West Gippsland Healthcare Group (WGHG) facilities.
The Maintenance Planner provides oversight of maintenance services including maintenance contracts in addition to the management of maintenance records for all buildings, services, plant and equipment to ensure they meet optimal performance and the required standards, regulations and legislation.
To be successful in this role you will have strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to manage complex assets, demonstrated ability preparing detailed asset plans, strong analytical skills relating to maintenance management, lifecycle planning, budgets and financial reports.

About our organisation
The West Gippsland Healthcare Group is a customer focused health organisation providing acute medical and surgical, obstetric, emergency, residential care and community health services to 45,000 people in the rural, urban residential, agricultural and industrial areas located within the Baw Baw Shire and beyond. The administrative headquarters are located at West Gippsland Hospital in Warragul, approximately 100kms east of Melbourne.
