Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance and shutdown works to the Energy Division. The role of Asset Repair Coordinator will work closely with our offshore campaign maintenance team and our Client’s integrity team to determine repair requirements based on anomaly inspection reports. This may include fabric maintenance (blast and paint) and structural repairs.
This is a Perth based opportunity working Monday to Friday in our client's CBD office, with ad hoc travel offshore as required to support the role.
What you will be doing
- Review inspection reports and coordinate execution of repairs with offshore campaign maintenance teams, planners and operations,
- Coordinating with the client's integrity team including determining requirements for engineering design and support,
- Support with development of work packs, scopes, materials and equipment,
- Reporting: including progress and close out reports,
- Participate as a safety leader by promoting a safety culture, involving the group in decisions, and providing resources to accomplish project safety goals,

What you will bring
- A minimum 10 years’ Trade or engineering background with experience in either coatings or structural welding repair
- Experience within the Energy industry, preferably with Offshore experience
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations relating to quality and their application to Monadelphous
- Advanced written communications skills with the ability to prepare plans, technical instructions & reports
- Sound computer skills with the ability to confidently and effectively use MS Word, Excel and other relevant software.
- Experience with Maximo Asset Management Software would be an advantage but is not essential,
- Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
