We invite talented individuals to join the National Sales & Marketing team as an Assistant Account Manager. In this role, you will provide essential support to senior Account Managers, handling administrative tasks, sales functions, research, and data analytics. Ideal candidates excel in organization and the MS Suite, with expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
This full-time role will be based at the Company’s head office, located in Ingleburn.
About the opportunity:
- Assist senior Account Managers with client communication, including emails, phone calls, and meetings.
- Develop and maintain accurate client records and databases.
- Assist with planning and execution of customer events, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and client engagement.
- Compile and analyse data on sales performance, client satisfaction, and other key metrics.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Track project progress and communicate updates to senior Account Managers and clients.
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for senior Account Managers.
- Organize travel arrangements and logistics.
About you:
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at cultivating positive relationships with internal and external partners. Your administrative capabilities are robust, showcased by your proficiency in CRM systems, document editing, presentation creation, Excel usage, and crafting professional correspondence.
In addition, you should also have:
- Previous experience or exposure in sales and/or marketing.
- Strong research skills for data collection and presentation.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Prior background in FMCG or retail is beneficial.
- A sincere desire to expand your knowledge and skills in the sales and marketing domain.
