Key Responsibilities:
- Processing supplier invoices into accounting system liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure invoices are accurate, verified, processed in a timely manner.
- Reconciling suppliers’ statement monthly basis ensuring invoices entered are accurate.
- Processing weekly suppliers’ payment run.
- Entering customer invoices into accounting system and sending invoices to customers.
- Receipting customer payments into accounting systems.
- Preparing monthly aged receivable report and follow up on outstanding balance.
- Assisting with month end closing tasks.
- Assisting with stock management and monthly stock report preparation.
- Other duties associated with finance & accounting functions as required.
- General administrative duties as required.
To be successful in this position you will have:
- 2~3 years of work experience in both Accounts payable and Accounts receivable responsibilities.
- Tertiary qualifications (Accounting or Business) preferred.
- Experience working with ERP system will get preference but not mandatory.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to details and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage priorities and deliver results to tight deadlines.
