About the role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for but not limited to
- Contribute to the accuracy and maintenance of asset registers and entity records
- Process intercompany Accounts
- Prepare and enter Journals as required
- Monthly Balance Sheet and P&L Reconciliations
- Be an essential part of the accounts payable process, handling 60% of this crucial function
- Assist with month end reporting
- Assist in preparation yearly budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Assist the Finance team as required
- Proven experience in Assistant Accountant
- Demonstrated expertise in asset registers
- Strong understanding of financial processes and procedures in the Construction industry
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Dynamic and growing organisation
