We’re a leading independent full service creative agency based in Redfern working with global brands across a number of markets. We work out of a light filled warehouse style office based in Redfern.
We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant to support our finance team on a full-time basis.

The role will be responsible for processing invoices, payments, bank and credit card reconciliations, expense tracking in addition to running ad-hoc reports and supporting the team.
Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Data entry, allocation and reconciliation of supplier invoices
- Managing regular freelancer payments
- Creation and execution of payment runs
- Responding to external payment enquiries
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Staff timesheet management
- Fixed Assets and Prepayments
- Month End close for AP
- Expense Tracking
- Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and process improvements
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar finance support role
- To be financially astute with strong attention to detail
- To be highly proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent time management skills and be highly organised
- Experience with agency finance systems such as Workbook, Pegasus or BCC platforms, but not essential
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- An interest in working within a creative and fast paced environment.
