Duties and Responsibilities:
- Weekly, mid-month end and month end closing of Property and Strata Trust Accounts
- Maintain integrity of charges to tenants and owners to ensure complete and accurate charge in a timely manner Maintain integrity of general ledger by ensuring that all journals posted are complete, accurate and substantiated
- Perform analysis of expenditures and be able to provide commentaries for variances between actual, forecast and rolling budgets
- Preparation of various reports for month end closing
- Respond to enquiries from both internal and external sources and ad-hoc duties as required
- Provide support to staff in a range of functions associated with the tenancy and maintenance of the property
- Assist Property Managers with administration and back office support Answer tenant enquiries as required
- Ordering office supplies
- Greeting company visitors Developing and implementing new administrative systems Supervising personnel
- Setting up appointments, conferences and managing meeting rooms
- Managing office expenditure and budgets
