Role
We're on the lookout for a proactive Major Accounts Assistant to join us. Your role will be pivotal in supporting our account managers and ensuring smooth operations for our Major Accounts. You'll handle administrative tasks, manage supplier and customer obligations, and assist in various tasks to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Maintaining professional relationships with Major Accounts is key.
Major Accounts/Admin Duties:
• Handle administrative tasks for Major Accounts.
• Support account managers in managing supplier and customer obligations.
• Assist in daily tasks to boost operational efficiency.
• Keep track of job procedures for Major Accounts from start to finish.
• Coordinate with the service department to schedule and deliver jobs promptly.
Qualifications:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Required: Preferred Valid NSW Security Licence.
• Previous administrative experience, preferably in a customer-oriented environment.
