Join our dynamic team to craft and execute powerful go-to-market plans for an exciting portfolio of brands. Collaborate across departments to drive sales and marketing strategies that hit key targets and elevate our brands to new heights!Your mission will include but not be limited to:
- Lead and manage marketing budgets, create strategy presentations, and oversee brand launches from forecasting to post-launch analysis.
- Coordinate media campaigns, communicate brand plans, and ensure alignment across commercial teams.
- Design, develop, and execute impactful point-of-sale materials, and manage internal documents.
- Handle trade marketing for an account group, prepare strategies, and deliver brand performance reports.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Sales Account Managers to ensure timely launches and effective brand representation.
- Take on project management and administrative tasks as needed.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role, ideally in Beauty, FMCG or Luxury retail
- Strong MS Office skills required
- High-level interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with all departments
- Excellent presentation and strong communication skills
- Strong analytical, thinking and problem solving skills
