Supporting the onsite Building Manager, this role will be assisting with the overall running and management of a vibrant and active residential development.
This is an interesting role with a diverse range of day to day responsibilities. The successful candidate will enjoy dealing with a range of tenants, owners and contractors on a daily basis and have excellent people skills.
You will also be involved with all facets of property management and assist with the following:
- Leasing, property inspections and maintenance management
- Building presentation, inspection and facilities management
- Acting as a point of contact for all owners and tenants

The ideal candidate will have any of the following background or experience:
- Real Estate Experience of around 6 months or more,
- Strong customer service experience and an interest in the real estate market.
All successful candidates must have an Assistant Agent in Real Estate – Sales and Leasing certificate as well as provide a current criminal history check.
Candidates must have full, unlimited and permanent rights to work in Australia.
The successful applicant will be solutions focused with strong communication skills, ready to reach targets alongside their manager and have the ability to negotiate and influence. You must also demonstrate a strong customer focus, computer literacy and a proactive approach to work.
Saturday work will be required when open for inspections are scheduled.
