Tasks & responsibilities
- Ability to supervise and lead other staff at all times even when the owner is present.
- Stock ordering, rotation and stock control
- Manage weekly rosters and organise staff shifts.
- Assist with creating and establishing procedures for staff task checklists
- Maintain store environment cleanlines, food handling and safety standard at all times
- Oversee & assist with food and beverage preparation
- Maintain a happy and efficient work culture with staff
- Maintain relationships with locals and all guests
- Train new staff all operations of the venue
- Maximise cost spend per customer by upselling and teach staff how to upsell

You will be reporting to the owner directly on a daily basis. All training will be provided for the job however you should have prior experience. Salary is for 42 hours a week. Additional hours and pay is available if you are ambitious. Must be available weekends. Must have a very friendly personality and amazing customer service skills.
