Chocolate Destinations Group is recruiting for an experienced, capable, hands-on Café Supervisor to lead our amazing cafe team at our stunning Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery.
This important and exciting role will see you working closely with our talented Head Chef, kitchen staff, and Front of House Operations Manager, leading a business that welcomes 800,000 visitors each year!
Together, you will be building on our well-established base of committed team members and return customers, to expand and develop a capable team that can support the ongoing growth this Chocolaterie continues to experience.

Yarra Valley Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery is an amazing tourism venue created out of passion, set on 40 beautiful acres in the Yarra Valley just 15 minutes from Lilydale. Our personal service, high-quality standards, amazing festivals and ever-growing chocolate range make locals and travelers keen to return time and time again.
Your Role
The Café Supervisor will support the execution of the day-to-day operations in the café.
The position is permanent full time, working 5 days per week including at least one day per weekend and also public holidays. No nights! The Chocolaterie is open 7 days per week from 9am to 5pm.
You will be focused on maintaining our high standards, attention to detail in customer service, presentation, execution of consistent procedures, and overall operational excellence.
You enjoy giving people a ‘wow factor’ experience – serving delicious, fresh and exciting modern food!
