Assistant Centre Director

The Role:
As the Assistant Centre Director, you will work closely with the Centre Director to oversee the daily operations of the centre, maintain regulatory compliance, and support the educational program to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Centre Director to develop and implement effective educational programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and professional development of staff members.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, including health and safety requirements.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community, promoting open communication and partnership.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification (ACECQA - approved).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications
• Working with Children Check
