Research and prepare strategic advice, information and reports for the Assistant Secretary Property Services on a range of complex and sensitive matters to facilitate informed decision-making.
Prepare, manage and review high-level communications, correspondence, briefs, submissions and notes to ensure the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of information.
Provide administrative support and deliver officer efficiencies for tracking tasks and information requests, including the provision of secretariat support to the Assistant Secretary as required.
Proactively build and maintain collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, especially the Offices of the Senior Executive, as well as the other SES offices.
Manage and mentor the Executive Assistant to the Assistant Secretary.
