The Opportunity          
We are on the lookout for a Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our friendly and supportive administration team on a 12-month fixed term contract period with the potential to be extended.  

This position will be across 3 working days on Monday, Wednesday and Friday between the hours of 8am – 5pm or 8am – 4:30pm.
 

The varied role will involve:

  • Professional front of firm management.
  • Receiving, screening and directing low volume incoming phone calls via Microsoft Teams.
  • Meeting and greeting clientele upon arrival.
  • Mail sorting, electronic distribution of mail to staff and postal management.
  • Ad-hoc administrative support.
  • Managing the staff kitchen and office supplies.
  • Coordinating catering for staff meetings and events.
  • Management of meeting rooms.
  • Other duties as required from time to time.

About You       

  • Proven experience in a similar Corporate or Professional Services Firm as a Receptionist / Office Assistant.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the firm with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Professional presentation.
  • A team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • A positive can-do attitude.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency across technological programs including the Micrososft Office Suite is essential.
