Due to continued strong growth and the award of several new projects supporting critical infrastructure across NSW's transition to renewable energy, we are looking for an Assistant Contracts Administrator to join our NSW team.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be integral to our contracts management team, playing a key role in supporting the execution and administration of contracts across the project. You will support the implementation of contractual agreements, maintaining precise documentation, and fostering effective communication among project stakeholders.
Key accountabilities for the position:
- Assist in the preparation and administration of contracts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation, tracking milestones and deadlines.
- Collaborate with Contract Administrators and Project Engineers to monitor contract performance and resolve issues proactively.
- Support in the negotiation and modification of contract terms as needed.
- Generate and analyse reports on contract status, identifying areas for improvement.
- Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external parties involved in the contracts.
- Participate in contract review meetings and provide comprehensive reports to the Contracts Administrator.
Capability & Experience will you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in contracts administration or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in using contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
