Job title: Contract Administrator
Salary: Up to $100K per hour + super
Location: Approx 15km from Sydney CBD
Client Overview: Our client, our valued and well established client in the construction industry is seeking a contract Administrator to join their team!
Key Responsibilities:
Contracts Administration, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Design:
- Manage correspondence and RFIs using Aconex.
- Coordinate technical data submissions and maintain project registers.
- Ensure timely submission of project toolbox talks and safety documents.
- Prepare presentations, update meeting minutes, and conduct PDF mark-ups using Bluebeam.
- Coordinate site personnel inductions and prepare project schedules in Microsoft Project.
- Stay updated on Australian Standards and NCC.
- Maintain project QA plans and submit progressive ITCs and ITPs.
- Manage passive fire registers with software like Pentrak or Fire Doc.
- Review contract documents and extract material budgets.
- Conduct drawing take-offs, handle RFQs, and prepare supplier purchase orders.
- Schedule and time supplier orders to match project timelines.
- Assist with applications to regulatory bodies.
Ideal Candidate:
- At least 2 years of experience in construction, ideally with Tier 1 commercial projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
