The Role
Cedar Woods is currently seeking an Assistant Development Manager to deliver our newest land development project, Sage.
Located in Burpengary, approximately 40 kms from the Brisbane CBD, Sage offers a balanced lifestyle where purchasers can enjoy a family friendly neighbourhood nestled amongst nature. The Project comprises 329 lots varying in sizes and styles to suit a range of purchasers and will be delivered over the next three years.
We have launched the project and will soon commence construction on the first 49 lots with settlements expected in FY23.
Sage provides a great opportunity to have autonomy and responsibility to deliver a project end to end – there are acquisition opportunities related to the site and you will be involved in all aspects of the project; sales, marketing and development. Critical to setting you up for success is the team to support you. You will become part of a high spirited and engaged team, working in a collaborative environment where your opinion is not only valued but encouraged and sought out. You will be provided with high quality on the job training and mentoring to round out your delivery and development experience. The next 12-18 months will provide you opportunities that can sometime take 3-5 years to get exposure to.

Requirements / Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in construction management, property development, engineering, architecture, town planning or related discipline
- At least 3 years experience in an ADM or similar position including delivery experience on site
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience managing consultants and contractors
- Passion to succeed and progress your career
