THE ROLE

Mulpha Developments is the development arm of Mulpha Australia, specialising in the building of premium land estates, luxurious homes, town homes, apartments, retail and commercial buildings. With locations spanning the east coast of Australia, Mulpha Developments offers over 30 years in real estate development expertise. Current Mulpha projects include award-winning master planned communities of Norwsest & Sanctuary Cove.
The purpose of this role is to assist the QLD development team across the current project delivery, future project planning, and new business feasibility modelling.
Role responsibilities will include the following.
- Assist with project acquisition feasibility modelling including scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Manage and update project feasibilities continuously
- Assisting with town planning approvals and negotiations
- Compiling and assessing comparative sales revenues
- Assessing construction programmes and claims
- Attendance at on-site and off-site PCG meetings with the builder
- Address purchaser relations
- Assist with settlement process
- Preparing and distributing briefs and minutes
- Assisting with company’s project reporting requirements
- Creating and managing purchase orders and reconciling invoices against budgets through a robust coding structure in feasibility models
- Other tasks that may be required in supporting the Development Manager to carry out role
YOUR BACKGROUND
- A degree in finance, commerce, property, or economics (preferred)
- At least 1-2 years of experience in real estate, corporate finance, investment banking, or funds management.
- Knowledge of the Australian real estate investment market (preferably in SE QLD).
- General understanding of property development - required consultants, property types, financial and building contract admin.
- Feasibility and Cost Control Feasibility related responsibilities including Creation and Management Return on Revenue Variations and Register Invoice Management
- Project Management including Tender assessment. Contract administration Programs
- Quality control including Management of defects list
