Our opportunity
We have an opportunity for an Assistant Development Manager to join our Brisbane team. In this role you will provide support and assistance to management in all operational aspects of an active Master Planned Community project located south of Brisbane CBD. This multi-award winning development is a long-term project with approximately 2,000 lots yet to deliver.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Understand feasibility and can update and report under supervision.
- Assist in the preparations of development feasibilities.
- Undertake regular market research.
- Provide development team support to the sales and marketing teams.
- Prepare formal correspondence and presentation.
- Prepare and update basic development programmes.
- Undertake comprehensive project preparation, research and planning activities.
- Prepare and manage stakeholder management plan.
- Submit and manage all relevant development applications/documents.
- Assist with the annual budget process.
- Maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with any special projects or undertake any other duties as reasonably required.
Your point of difference
You will be professionally qualified with entry level experience working as a Development professional. Residential Development experience is preferred, with Master Planned Community experience beneficial.
Strong project management and organisation skills are required.
Your communication and writing skills will be of a high calibre, and you will have the ability to build relationships and tailor output to various audiences.
