About the role
Renewal SA is seeking a dedicated Assistant Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will initially support the successful delivery of an exciting new project at Thebarton, located at the site of the former West End Brewery. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a transformative development and grow your career in a dynamic organisation.
This role is essential for coordinating and implementing the early stages of opportunity development and supporting project management to ensure the achievement of project goals and objectives. Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support pipeline projects through development planning, design, market feasibility, and due diligence to meet strategic, operational, and financial outcomes.
- Develop high-level reports to monitor project objectives, track progress, and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Provide advice and assist with managing developments from concept to completion, ensuring project success.
- Collaborate and negotiate with key stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of development projects.
About you
We are seeking a motivated individual eager to launch their career in property and project development, with tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, Engineering, Urban Planning Construction Management or a related field, this role will see you working on impactful projects for the state.
Due to the nature of the role being engaged with internal and external stakeholders, excellent communication skills as well as demonstrated expertise in the complete development cycle including brief preparation, negotiations, design management, planning, marketing and sales, procurement, delivery, settlements, hand over and customer service is essential in this position.
