Our client is seeking a Assistant Development Manager to support the development team. You will support a DM across a large scale masterplanned communities with major infrastructure, wetlands, parks, schools and residents club, a town centre and a number of town homes, which will be a mix of their own product and a collaboration with external builders.You will have exposure to the full development lifecycle, from design, town planning, sales and marketing (working with inhouse teams) and delivery, partnering with builders where required and external consultants.This is a perfect role for a property professional looking to work with a well regarded group, with an extensive track record in the Australian market, with a solid pathway for future progression and a culture known for it's collaboration.The Person
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline ie civil engineering, construction, town planning, architecture etc
- Our client is looking for someone with 2-5 years industry experince in a related industry, working across residential communities ideally but need exposure to built form development, ideally with exposure to the built form outlined above
- You must have great communication skills and have a positive proactive demeanour
- Be a team player with excellent written and verbal skills!
