About The Role:The Assistant Director Business and Data Analysis is responsible for leading and executing strategies to transform data and information into actionable insights which can help understand organisational performance and identify improvements. The role provides specialist advice in contemporary Data Analysis and business intelligence modelling, reporting practices and Data integrity as part of an overall data reporting service which delivers internally and on behalf of whole-of-government. The role is also responsible for building capability within the Business Data Analysis (BDA) team and helping foster data literacy within the department.About You:You are a forward thinking and proactive leader with a proven track record of inspiring teams and navigating complex challenges.
