Clever Cookies Early Learning Centre is seeking a dedicated Assistant Director and Educational Leader to join our family-like community. We believe in the innate curiosity and creativity of children, and we strive to cultivate a lifelong passion for learning through a Reggio-inspired curriculum.
As an Assistant Director and Educational Leader at Clever Cookies, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of our children as well as the smooth running of our nurturing centre. You will need to be flexible, as this is a hybrid role that involves both on and off the floor responsibilities and requires availability between 7am to 6pm for shift times.
Key responsibilities include:
🍪 Implementing a Reggio-inspired curriculum that emerges from children's ideas, thoughts, and observations.
🍪 Fostering connections between children, families, and the community.
🍪 Ensuring the highest quality education and care aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Framework.
🍪 Creating a safe, warm, and secure environment where children and families feel welcomed.
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
⭐ Strong programming knowledge and skills.
⭐ A Bachelor in Early Childhood Education & Care.
⭐ A deep understanding of the importance of play-based learning.
⭐ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
