Responsibilities of the role will include but are not be limited to:
- operational management of the Commission’s outsourced services provider, ensuring an ongoing positive relationship;
- stakeholder and relationship management and development with senior executive staff;
- management and oversight of the internal ICT Support Desk services and team;
- ensuring the Support Desk team have performance agreements in place and actively monitor performance;
