An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Senior Management position within our esteemed Clinical Services team at Nowra Private Hospital. We are currently seeking an Assistant Director of Clinical Services to join us on a permanent full-time basis.
This role offers the chance to play a pivotal role in our organisation's success by providing clinical leadership, overseeing bed management, and offering operational support to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting growth, business development, and addressing the business needs identified by the Executive team and Ramsay Health Care
- Maintaining a relentless focus on clinical excellence across the organization
- Supervising care delivery and coordinating the activities of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes within resource constraints and compliance requirements
- Planning and managing hospital and departmental budgets in consultation with other executive team members
- Assessing workplace culture and implementing actions to support positive culture maintenance
- Managing Human Resources to forecast future workforce requirements and develop and implement strategies accordingly
Your Key Skills and Experience
- Current registration with AHPRA
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a management role or equivalent
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and guide teams effectively
- Experience in strategic planning, reporting, and policy development
- Familiarity with quality and risk management frameworks, as well as clinical governance principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle complex operational challenges in a dynamic environment

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
