Role Overview:
In collaboration with the General Manager and executive team, you will:
Facilitate Patient-Centred Care: Develop strategies to promote Calvary Riverina Hospital as a centre of excellence.
Ensure High-Quality Care: Be accountable for clinical governance and ongoing planning.
Lead and Grow Teams: Successfully manage Clinical Nurse Managers and other direct reports.
Build Clinical Relationships: Foster connections with Visiting Medical Officers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and operational direction for Clinical Services.
Deliver high-quality patient care.
Support employee development.
Contribute to policy formulation and best practices.
Lead during accreditation processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Registered Nurse: Current AHPRA registration.
Management Qualifications: Relevant tertiary education or equivalent experience.
Advanced Communication and Negotiation Skills: Influence change and resolve conflicts.
