The Coordinator Strategic Asset Management is a strategic leadership position, responsible for leading a small team in the lifecycle planning of the Council’s assets including procurement, maintenance, condition assessment, renewal, disposal, and analytical reporting.
The Coordinator will also play an integral role in assisting with the development and management of the Council’s Asset Management Plans across Transport, Open Space, Stormwater, Building, and Portable/Attractive asset groups.
