The role:
Here at Sync Recruitment, we are recruiting a full time Assistant Centre Director/Educational Leader to support the daily functions of the service. You will be require to:
- Lead the educators to plan, implement, assess, and reflect/review a high-quality educational program, based upon the interests, needs, and abilities of children at the centre
- Ensure that documentation related to the program is kept current and up to date
- Ensure that classrooms are engaging in enjoyable routines, appropriate for the children, that respects children’s agency, fosters individuality and encourages independence
- Complete all documentation as specified in the Education and Care Services National Regulations, National Quality Standards and the services policies and procedures
- Support the Director in the day to day running of the centre
About you:
- Diploma or ECT Qualifications
- Experience as an Educational Leader
- Strong knowledge of EYLF, QIP, SIP, ISA and RAP
- Experience supporting and mentoring Educators
