Assistant Educational Leader - Kellyville

We are excited to be supporting our Client in the recruitment of an Assistant Educational Leader.

We are open to speaking to candidates who are working towards their ECT and nearing completion. 

About the Organisation:

• This service is owner-managed and operated
• A small, warm, and caring environment 
• This service is strongly value-focused and truly cares for its people 
• A Montessori-based curriculum 
• The team is consistent and care for one. The service has little to no staff turnover and are now looking for an ECT to join their lovely team 

Here are the perks and finer details:

• $40- $45 per hour + super (98k annual salary) 
• Children aged 6 weeks to 6 years
• The service operates from 7am - 6pm 
• Choose the hours you work! 
• This is full-time role however, part-time 3-4 days a week will also be considered

What you’ll come with:

• Bachelor degree in Early Years Education or working towards
• Experience working with children in Early Years or OSHC
• Working with Children Check
• First Aid + CPR (or willing to Obtain)
